Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your purchase of the AI Audiobook service and any add-ons from Fame Hackers LLC ("we", "us"). By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
We turn your book into an audiobook narrated by an AI voice. Your purchase covers one book of up to 80,000 words (about 300 pages). Longer books need a separate quote before we start.
Second Language Edition (add-on): we translate your book into one additional language of your choice and produce a second AI audiobook in that language.
Book Launch Kit (add-on): we build a funnel for your book (a landing page, a thank-you page and follow-up emails) and create 7 ready-to-run ads. Ad management, ad spend and running the ads are not included. We create the ads; you run them.
2. What we need from you
After your purchase we'll email you within 24 hours with how to send your book. Please send your final manuscript as a Word file or PDF. The delivery clock starts once we receive your complete manuscript.
3. Voice approval and delivery
Before we produce the full book, we send you voice samples to choose from. Production starts after you approve a voice. We deliver your finished audiobook files within 30 days of receiving your manuscript. Changes to the text after you approve the voice, or new material you add later, may need a separate quote.
4. Your rights and your book
You keep all rights to your book and to the audiobook we produce for you. You confirm that you own the rights to the book you send us, or have permission to turn it into an audiobook and translate it. You give us permission to use your manuscript only to deliver this service.
5. AI narration and publishing
Your audiobook is narrated by AI. Some stores require you to disclose AI narration, and some stores do not accept audiobooks narrated by third-party AI. Publishing and distribution are your responsibility unless you separately buy a publishing service from us, and we can't promise that any particular store will accept your audiobook.
6. No guarantees
We don't guarantee any sales, income, rankings, reviews or other business results from your audiobook, translation or Launch Kit.
7. Payments and refunds
Payment is due in full at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. You can request a full refund any time before you approve your voice sample. Once you approve a voice and production starts, your purchase is non-refundable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
